Nogd88 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Company") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the nogd88.ws website and its associated mobile applications.

• Use a strong password (at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols)
• Avoid logging in on public devices or shared Wi-Fi
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to another party is strictly prohibited
• Playing on behalf of, or with the funds of, another person is not permitted

Any financial loss resulting from unauthorized account access is the registered member's responsibility. However, if you notify us immediately, we will do our best to assist you.

The following payment methods are available for deposits at nogd88. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposits must be made from your own account only — third-party payments are not accepted
• Your balance is updated automatically once the deposit has been processed
• No additional charges on deposits — though fees imposed by your payment provider may apply
• Failed deposits due to technical issues will be refunded within 24 hours

Withdrawing your winnings is simple and fast. nogd88 makes every effort to process all withdrawals within the designated timeframe.

Reasons that may cause withdrawal processing delays:

4. Bank transfers processed on weekends or public holidays

Nogd88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page. The following rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each member may claim each bonus once only
• The required wagering must be completed before bonus cash can be withdrawn
• Bonus validity generally starts from the date of issue 30 Days
• Any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry
• Winnings earned using a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the applicable wagering requirements are met
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended

Understanding Wagering Requirements – An Example: A x5 wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳5,000 in bets using the bonus before a withdrawal can be made.

Nogd88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. However, the terms applicable to a bonus already claimed by a member will not be altered retroactively.

The following special rules apply to the Sports Betting section:

• Minimum Bet Amount ৳100
• Maximum single bet for standard members ৳50,000
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature)
• If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded
• If a match in a parlay bet is cancelled, that leg is removed and the remaining odds are recalculated accordingly
• It is the member's responsibility to check the latest score before any bet is accepted in live betting
• Winnings from bets placed on manipulated or fixed matches may be voided

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts – Only one account per person is permitted
